2025 Warranty Policy:

– Radical Defense Suppressor Limited Lifetime Warranty –

Radical Defense (“Manufacturer”) warrants to the original purchaser that its suppressors are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

Coverage:

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs, Radical Defense will, at its option, repair or replace the defective suppressor with a new or refurbished suppressor of equivalent function.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, or improper handling.
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic damage.
• Damage resulting from the use of ammunition that is not within SAAMI or CIP specifications.
• Damage resulting from the use of reloaded or handloaded ammunition.
• Damage caused by excessive heat or improper cleaning.
• Damage caused by baffle strikes or end cap strikes.
• Damage caused by the use of any other manufacturers hub or muzzle device without prior written approval by RD or by an approved professional authorized by RD.
• The use of any hub or muzzle device other than those explicitly approved by Radical Defense for use with its suppressors will immediately void this warranty.

Warranty Voidance:

This warranty is void if:
• The suppressor has been disassembled by anyone other than Radical Defense or its authorized service centers.
• The serial number has been altered, defaced, or removed.
• Any hub or muzzle device from a manufacturer other than Radical Defense, or those specifically approved by Radical Defense, is used in conjunction with the Radical Defense suppressor.

Limitation of Liability:

Radical Defense shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of its suppressors.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

To make a warranty claim, the original purchaser must:
1. Contact Radical Defense customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Return the defective suppressor, along with the RMA number and proof of purchase, to Radical Defense.
3. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs to Radical Defense. Radical Defense will cover the cost of return shipping for valid warranty claims.

Governing Law:

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.

Entire Agreement:

This warranty constitutes the entire agreement between Radical Defense and the purchaser and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
